USING SOFTWARE TO BETTER MANAGE YOUR TIME
from:
Because we now live in the age of the Internet and technology, it often feels like a huge waste of time if we still keep our planning efforts based on paper and writing by hand. In fact, most people are now finding it easier to operate through daily tasks if they just type on the keyword or make a few clicks on their PDA stylus.
Hand writing reminders and buying bulky planners are starting to become a thing of the past. Everybody has become so dependent on technology that the use of a simple pen and paper seems rather outdated.
For those of us who are always on the go and have no time to sit down and make notes by hand, time management software are saviors. All we have to do is jot down a few reminders, click the set button and determine the time where it is to be assigned and voila, instant schedule.
No longer will we have to sift through numbers of post its and bother with highlighters and colored markers. Time management software already does it for us, and with just a very small gadget that can fit even the smallest of our pockets.
Technology has advanced so much that everything, even the most mundane of tasks like listing down important reminders and making schedules, are delegated to simple machines like PDAs, laptops and other types of pocket planners. It's really not that difficult to install. All we need to do is download time management software from the Internet and upload them into our systems. It doesn't even take hours to do so. If you have a pretty fast processor, it can happen in less than a minute.
Because of the rising demand for effective time management software, their creators have also come up with hundreds and thousands of these products, ranging from software for children (whose scheduling needs we don't really know) to software for executives who are always running toward a meeting at various parts of the world. Because there are a lot of time management software in the market, every need is fulfilled.
Sequence Dream Editor
This time management software eliminates the need to spend time to draw a sequence diagram. Users will no longer have to make 'to do' lists and determine how the follow each other. Sequence Dream Editor already does this for them.
ClipMate
Unlike the regular clipboard function found in Windows operating systems, ClipMate allows users to save and move multiple items at the same time. Standard windows clipboards can only transfer one item at a time.
Achieve Planner
This time management software helps boost your productivity and allows you to work more effectively and efficiently. It eliminates the need for the user to spend time planning and thinking up a schedule.
Some purists say using time management software does not really help people become more effective time planners – they say it only promotes laziness. However, given the kind of fast-paced lifestyle we have now, using software to handle time more properly is necessary. Time management software boosts productivity and enables us to have more time to do other things that matter to us.
