EMPOWER YOURSELF THROUGH SELF ESTEEM QUOTES

from:

We are not born with inferiority complex. As a child we never really cared about appeareances or where we place in the social ladder. But as we struck the adolescent phase, when we start comparing ourselves to others, some, even most of us find ourselves feeling inferior. Some never learn to get over it.

Sometimes it’s more than just physical, low self-esteem could also be traced to traumas and other negative feedbacks we get from the community. And this low self-esteem always lead to disastrous consequences. By not getting over it, we in fact prevent ourselves from being truly happy.

There are a number of ways in which to improve our self- esteem. We can go to therapy, take quizzes to help us get to know ourselves more and allow us to move more comfortably in our own skin, there are self-help books. But we can also try reading self-esteem quotes regularly and try to live by it.

Little by little, we will be able to let go of whatever it was the caused us to look at ourselves in a negative way and in turn, we will learn to focus more on who we are as a person and be proud of what we see.

The following are self-esteem qoutes that may prove itself useful in helping us gain more control of our self-esteem:
