Once you are able to at least get some insight into a person's emotions you should have no trouble including him or her in your personal circle.
Emotional intelligence tests are great because they allow a person to see the truth. We all know that the greatest hindrance to the truth can be found within one's self. An emotional intelligence test can get past a person's defenses and allow that person to evaluate him/her self objectively.
